about us...

In balance with nature for 40+ years...Being organic or biodynamic is not a trend, it’s a lifestyle, and we have been living it for over 40 years. Avoiding chemicals and manipulation is our philosophy when it comes to the environment, water, nutrition, and particularly in terms of wine.

A healthy soil is the key to remarkable and exciting wines — especially if no boundaries are being set for the development of wines in our cellars.

My way is biodynamic farming 2.0! The question was always: is a vineyard only a vineyard or can it be much more? Like an area dedicated to biodiversity... Biodynamics is so much more than using the biodynamic preparations only; it's a different way of thinking and a way of circular farming.

We try to cultivate all of the herbs that we use for teas, extracts and essential oils (for vineyard spraying) in our vineyards, because by doing so we also create also a biodiverse environment. It also gives a really unique character to the terroir, and in the end this translates to the wines, too.We have sheep, chickens and some "Kune Kune" pigs in the vineyards to graze in between the vines. The idea is for our vineyards to be many different things at once. We've also planted trees and bushes on the eastern sides of our southern sloped vineyards, as 'natural air conditioners,' and also to give nature a piece of land back.

my way....

Within 40 years of organic living many concepts are

gathered and developed for a brilliant and successful outcome, and of course,

it is an ongoing and viable process.

Pictures allow us to create our own beautiful

story – Enjoy the carefully selected impressions and remember

"a picture is worth more than a thousand words” ....

visit me the best... I'm looking forward to !!!
